Bio - 150 words
Dr Brad Hodge holds a doctorate in psychology and is a behavioural scientist, keynote speaker, facilitator, and author whose work sits at the intersection of evolutionary psychology and the realities of modern leadership. His central argument is simple. Human behaviour becomes legible, almost predictable, once you understand what we're actually wired for.
Brad works with leaders and organisations attempting something ambitious. His keynotes, workshops, and thinking partnerships are built around one idea: leaders who understand the evolutionary forces driving their people's behaviour can design the conditions where extraordinary things become possible.
Brad's background is eclectically broad, and that's the strength of it. He isn't only an academic. He has worked these ideas across rural health innovation, NFP governance, sleep research, leadership development, cycling expeditions, and art exhibitions. The same pattern shows up everywhere: humans are remarkably consistent once you understand what's driving them.
Brad is the author of More and Humaning, and speaks at leadership conferences, culture summits, and company events across Australia. If nothing changes after he leaves the room, he hasn't done his job.
