Long bio - 150 words
Dr Brad Hodge is a behavioural scientist, keynote speaker, facilitator, and author whose work sits at the intersection of evolutionary psychology and real-world leadership. His central argument is simple: human behaviour becomes legible - almost predictable - once you understand what we're actually wired for.
Brad works with leaders and organisations who are trying to do something genuinely ambitious. His keynotes, workshops, and thinking partnerships are built around one idea: that leaders who understand the ancient story driving their people's behaviour can create the conditions where extraordinary things become possible.
His background is deliberately broad - rural health innovation, NFP governance, sleep research, leadership development, cycling expeditions, and art exhibitions. Across all of it he kept finding the same thing: humans are remarkably consistent once you understand what's driving them.
He is the author of More and Humaning, and he speaks regularly at leadership conferences, culture summits, and company events across Australia.
